McCarthy & Smith, Inc. has worked with the Plymouth District Library on multiple remodeling projects totaling over $5.0 million since 2006.
Project features:
- Added 8,800 sf on the second floor with new dormers, new monument staircase, two elevators, and an extended stairway
- Additional space includes a new computer lab, study rooms, and reference center
- Updated and expanded children’s area
- New teen area with gathering spaces
- New roof, HVAC upgrades, new snow melt system, and vestibule enhancements
- Remodeled administrative staff area and mechanical system upgrades
