McCarthy & Smith, Inc. has worked with Farmington Public Schools since 1988 on multiple bond programs totaling over $290 million. Project scope included additions, renovations, and remodeling of 26 school district buildings.

  • 2020 Bond Program:
    • Major HVAC upgrades to all District buildings
    • Pool renovations at two high schools
    • Interior upgrades including light, ceilings, and casework
    • Site work with parking lots and signage improvements
  • 2015 Bond Program:
    • Facilities study and assessment in 2013
    • District-wide safe and secure entrances, facility upgrades, and additions
    • Auditorium renovations at North Farmington High School and Farmington High School
    • Reconfiguration of media centers for group study spaces
    • Remodeling middle school to the K-8 Farmington STEAM Academy
    • Athletic complex renovations
    • Early Childhood Center addition and renovations
