In 2004, Redford Township built a beautiful, new library constructed by McCarthy & Smith, Inc. Discussions then focused on how to reinvent the space left behind by the former library. With community input and ideas, Redford Township transformed the area into the Redford Township Marquee - an open air market/gathering area for the community. This creative and innovative building incorporates the existing structure and uses it for concerts, farmer’s market and other community events. |
