McCarthy & smith, Inc. has enjoyed a long and successful relationship with White Chapel Memorial Cemetery. For instance, the Temple of Memories addition and renovation consisted of a 7,200 sf two-wing addition. It contained 690 new crypts with concrete reinforced frame. Intricate details are evident throughout interior spaces. The interior stone in the east wing is Italian marble while the exterior wall is clad with granite and Georgia marble. The receiving and service area was renovated and a new ramp/canopy to the main entrance was constructed. The fire alarm system was upgraded and a fire protection system was installed. McCarthy & Smith provided value management, value engineering and estimating design services. We conducted and managed the entire bid period and managed all on-site activity.
