McCarthy & Smith, Inc. provided construction management services for a large, two-story, front entrance addition at West Bloomfield High School and for the 2000 Bond Issue projects. Extensive renovations and additions occurred at all District buildings six elementary schools, two middle schools, one high school and concession area, administrative / community services building, and transportation building. West Bloomfield High School won “2003 Impact on Learning – Effective Use of Technology Award” from School Planning & Management Publication.
