Project Portfolio

The scope for this project included a single story building with teller stations, offices, administration, and support, as well as outside drive-thru windows, and a drive-thru ATM. New site development included storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, fire hydrants, concrete and asphalt paving, and landscaping. McCarthy & Smith, Inc. was selected at the design phase in the construction of this new facility. The services provided included cost estimating and value engineering. Our staff conducted and managed the entire bid period process, managed all on-site construction activity, and scheduled the project through occupancy.
