  • Two new single story residential mental health buildings were constructed for female youth on the Vista Maria campus. Each building consists of 28 single resident rooms, kitchen, dining space and therapy rooms. Rose Hall also consists of several classrooms and a gymnasium. With the construction of Rose Hall, new site infrastructure was constructed - roads, drives and utilities. Prior to the construction of Beata Hall, an existing three-story facility was demolished. In the Design Phase, cost estimating and value engineering was performed to obtain the best value for the Owner. During the construction of both facilities, special attention to detail was required to meet quality and specified regulations for these mental health facilities. Strict security measures were required for working at Vista Maria.
