A new sanctuary and office area (21,000 sf) were constructed. An existing 9,000 sf space was renovated into classrooms. Highlights included a new baptismal font, a new entrance and gathering space, stunning interior spaces with lighting, new pews, and stained glass windows. McCarthy and Smith was selected at the schematic design phase of this project. Our firm worked with the building committee and architect through the design process providing estimating, value management, value engineering and scheduling services, documented meetings and drafted action plans for the project. We orchestrated the bid process and managed all on-site construction activity.
