Along with a 2,000sf addition, renovations to two (2) large banquet halls, three (3) auxiliary meeting rooms, administration offices, restrooms, main lobbies, new entrance canopy and total gut & replacement of a kitchen facility. Being selected at the design phase, McCarthy & Smith worked with the building committee and the architect providing estimating, value management, value engineering, and scheduling services. The entire bid process was orchestrated by McCarthy & Smith from preparation of the bid documents, through bid award recommendations. All onsite construction activity was supervised by our superintendent.
