The renovation of the sanctuary included many new additions: new ceiling details, new choir room, new cry room, new altar, new eucharistic chapel, new reconciliation room, toilet room, multi-purpose room, and interior finishes (ceramic tile and carpeting). A new Narthex and gathering space were added. A new front exterior included new light fixtures, new sidewalks, brick enclosure, and custom wood doors. New landscaping and garden court were included. McCarthy and Smith orchestrated the bid process including preparation of bid documents, bidders qualification and selection, issuing documents, pre-bid meetings, addenda preparation, preparation of bid tabulation, evaluated value engineering suggestions and managed all on-site construction activity.
