Project Portfolio

Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church moved into their new school in 2006 leaving the former school vacant. In January 2008, selective demolition began at the former school and seven months later OLV staff was moving into their new offices, meeting rooms and classrooms. The project included demolition of exterior walls, new exterior walls and a complete new roof structure. Exterior brick finishes were matched to the new school on the west side of Orchard Street. The existing sanctuary received new brick veneer, cementing the campus feeling. A future phase is planned to renovate the existing sanctuary interior.
