McCarthy & Smith was the construction manager for the new Crosspointe Meadows Church in Novi, MI. The 9,500 sf church seats 336 parishioners. Phase I consisted of a new fellowship hall, a narthex, new restrooms, an adult classroom, a nursery and toddler area, children’s ministry rooms, and extensive site work and landscaping. The church sits on over 40 acres with plans for future development.
