Clintondale Community Schools hired McCarthy & Smith, Inc. in the fall of 2004. Our team assisted with the feasibility study, bond process and bond campaign. In May 2005, the bond vote passed. Renovations took place at three elementary schools, middle school, high school and administration building. Many of the projects included re-roofing buildings, asphalt replacement, parking lot improvements, site lighting, electrical upgrades, mechanical upgrades, new flooring, new ceilings, and HVAC improvements. At the high school, McCarthy & Smith, Inc. remodeled the girls' physical education locker room, pool locker rooms, the weight room, and installed new lights and gym floor.
