Project Portfolio

The City of Allen Park Community Center project was completed in 2004. Phase I consisted of a 35,000 sf addition to the existing community center. The addition included a new gymnasium with a second floor running track, multi-purpose rooms, two concession areas and administration offices. Phase IA included a complete renovation of the existing locker room facilities. Phase II consisted of ice surface replacement and upgrades to the HVAC. Phase I was constructed while the existing ice arena was used by the community and schools for skating and hockey programs without interruption to the ice schedule. All phases were under budget.
