Additions (10,800 sf) to the 18th District Courthouse included a new entrance and lobby. Renovations (15,000 sf) were completed throughout the existing structure, including site renovation, re-designed parking areas, new metal roofing system, brick walls, and new landscaping. McCarthy & Smith provided constructability reviews, conducted and managed bid process, value engineered to keep project within owner’s budget, and supervised all on-site construction activity. This project was scheduled for the most effective execution with minimal interference to occupants.
